MONICA LOPEZ ARCHITECT, LLC the Architect of Record developed contract documents for this mixed used building with the Design Architect, Urban Architectural Initiatives for WellLife Network.
This project feature 66 apartments, 40 of which will be used to offer safe and secure housing for members of the community with special needs. Twenty-six apartments will provide housing for low-income individuals or familiazes. The new building will feature exterior parking, a rooftop garden, forest-like landscaping, a communal event room, an exercise facility, and a laundry room.
