ELMCOR Youth and Adult Activities a Queens, New York non-profit, multi-service organization retained us to develop a narrow 40 feet wide interior with the maximum possible number of residential studio units. The new building will accommodate 30 studio units with an average net area of 330 SF; 5 units per floor. The building will include social services office and a recreational room located at the 7th floor with access to a landscaped terrace.
