Ohel Children's & Family Services, our new client, is developing a new 9-story supportive housing building at Jamaica Estates, NY neighborhood. The new 73,500 SF building includes 94 units with 60 0-BR, 28-1BR and 6-2BR apartments, recreation room, laundry room, administration and social services offices.
The development also includes a 2,000 SF NYS OMH Article 31 Health Clinic that will serve people across the entire life cycle with serious emotional disturbances, substance use disorders depression and more.
The all- electric building will pursue EPA ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction (MFNC) and Enterprise Green Communities Plus Certifications.
