Comunilife Inc is developing a new 10-story senior housing building at the Fordham neighborhood, Bronx, NY. The new 60,000 SF building includes 83 residential units for seniors with 15 1-Bedroom and 68 studios, recreation room with a semi-commercial kitchen, laundry room and administration and social services offices.
The all-electric building will pursue EPA ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction (MFNC) and Enterprise Green Communities Plus Certifications.
