Comunilife Inc has begun the process to expand the Throop Resdience at the grounds of Woodhull Hospital.
The new 65,320 SF, 8-story building will include Supportive Housing and Senior units, in addition to some Affordable Residential units responding to the specfic needs of the neighborhood. The project is at initial design phase.
