Our repeat client Urban Pathways commissioned the design of a new supportive housing building. Crossroads Residence is located in the Bronx. The new building will extend to the adjacent lot also owned by our client and will include 79 affordable and supportive studio apartments, social services offices, a large multi-purpose room with a semi-commercial kitchen and a computer room. A landscaped back yard will also be provided.
