Our repeat client Urban Pathways commissioned the design of a new supportive housing building in the grounds of their existing HOMME Clinic building in the Bronx. The new building will extend to the adjacent lot also owned by our client and will include 80 studio apartments, social services offices, a large multi-purpose room with a semi-commercial kitchen and a computer room. A landscaped back yard will also be provided.

What our clients have to say...
"Monica is an incredibly talented architect and manager. I have admired her ability to start her own firm in 2012 which has grown into a very successful practice. She has an extremely focused, energetic and dedicated work ethic. In addition to her gift for sustainable design solutions, she has an extensive knowledge related to the New York City Zoning Resolution and NYC and NYS Building and Energy Codes. This knowledge has made her an extremely valuable professional in helping her public agency, non-profit and private sector clients in navigating the complicated world of statutory approvals.
I have also admired her ability to ensure that her clients' projects can be completed within strict budget limitations.
She is a talented team player in an often complicated process involving clients, state and city funding and regulatory agencies, contractors and consultants."
